What a great start to our 4th season. We started out with a charter on Saturday that wanted porgies and stripers and that’s what they got! With lots of nice jumbo spring scup around we loaded up, and then stopped to do some bass drifts on the way back, and they cooperated nicely! Though most of the credit goes to one thrifty angler catching one after another. Good job!
On Sunday, we went out for our first open boat trip of the season, which was a reunion of regular anglers as well as some new faces. We got onto a pile of jumbo, and I mean JUMBO scup until everyone had they’re fill. Then finished off the trip with a nice batch of fluke some close to 10 lbs!
